Not too long ago, Dr Peter Lascarides, the founder of this site was in his dorm room, sending out applications for medical school. Fast forward ten years and now he is practicing medicine, and developing his career, in a private (specialty) practice setting. 

Overcoming obstacles during different stages of his career,
Dr Lascarides developed knowledge that he wished was made available to him sooner.
